Production Process

Die head

The die head is the main component of the extrusion mold, and its functions are:
Forming the parison with the required cross-sectional shape of the product;
1. Making the melt further plasticized in the flow channel;
2. Producing the necessary melt pressure to ensure the density of the product;
3. Making the melt change from spiral motion to linear motion and achieving the same discharge speed at each point;

Calibrator

Main features of the calibrator:
1. The dry shaping + dark box cooler combination is adopted to improve the cooling efficiency;
2. Simple water inlet and outlet design and vacuum design are in line with the humanized concept;
3. Innovation points: quick loading and unloading mechanism, buckle-type connection device between the shaping mold and the water tank.

Water tank

The viewport is designed on the water tank body to facilitate users to observe the molding status of the profile in the water tank; the setting of the filter can avoid impurities in the water tank.

Q4. How long is the guarantee?

Q5. If the machine has some parts broken in the future, how can we get help from you?
A5. We will send you spare parts free of charge If they are in warranty, not including quick-wear parts. For quick-wear parts, we will only charge a cost fee.

Q6. What is your packaging?
A6. Our conventional packaging is: After doing the anti-rust treatment, wrap the plastic film around the machine and then fix the machine on the wooden bracket. For customers' special requirements, we can provide fumigation-free wooden boxes to packing machines.

A7. We can provide online checking when testing the machine on-site. We will take and prepare detailed testing videos for your checking before the delivery. We accept third-party testing.
