How to install WPC door

• Step 1: Placement of Inner L-Corners - Begin by placing the specially designed inner L-corners at their designated positions. These L-corners play a crucial role in ensuring that the frame sections, both vertical and horizontal, remain well-aligned and firm.
• Step 2: Snap-Fit Assembly- The WPC Hollow Door Frame is designed like a customized jigsaw puzzle, with each part of the frame manufactured to precise specifications and featuring grooves for easy snap-in or slide-in assembly. Carefully slide in and snap-fit the door frame sections together, following the grooves. This step should be relatively easy and efficient, as demonstrated in instructional videos.
• Step 3: Joining and Fixation- To secure the frame sections in place, use the adhesive and screws provided with each frame. Proper joining and fixation ensure the stability and durability of the frame.
• Step 4: Frame Placement on the Wall- Place the assembled WPC Hollow Door Frame on the wall while ensuring that it is aligned and level. Leave a small space between the frame and the wall to facilitate the next crucial step.
• Step 5: Filling with PU Foam- Fill the space between the frame and the wall with PU Foam. This serves multiple purposes: it helps insulate the frame, keeps the door firmly in position within the wall, and adds an extra layer of protection against fire and sound transmission.
