The production process of WPC doors is precise and scientific, ensuring consistent quality and excellent performance. These materials are thoroughly mixed in a professional mixer at a specific ratio, ensuring uniform dispersion and full fusion of each component. After mixing, the composite material is extruded under high temperature (ranging from 160ºC to 180ºC) and high pressure, forming the overall cavity structure of the wood-plastic door in one go. This one-piece extrusion process eliminates the need for splicing or bonding, making the door body more integrated and stable.
