Q4. How long is the guarantee?
A4. We offer you high-quality machines with 12 12-month guarantee and will reply to you as soon as possible.

Q5. If the machine has some parts broken in the future, how can we get help from you?
A5. We will send you spare parts free of charge If they are in warranty, not including quick-wear parts. For quick-wear parts, we will only charge a cost fee.

Q6. What is your packaging?
