Window profile extrusion line using PLCS65/132 conical twin screw extruder, 6-meter or 8-meter calibration table, haul-off and cutting integral type machine, auto meter counting tilting table. Less labor force and high efficiency, make you save more money. 
Calibration table can be choose two types. one is the normal one, rack using #45 steel and powder coated. another one is full stainless steel rack.
Haul-off and cutting machine also have two types for the outside design. One is the Hatchback door type or sliding door for the shield. another one is whole block PC glass for the shield door.

 •Intelligent PLC controlling system with human-friendly interface or push button control easy for operation. 
 Step 2.   Extrusion Tools
• 3Cr17NiMov/Din 1.2316 material;
• Complete set include extrusion die head, calibrator and cooling tank;
• Apply to soft PVC, rigid PVC, soft-hard co-extrusion profile, foamed profile, multi-layers co-extrusion etc.

Step 3.  Vacuum calibrating table

 • Include full set of vacuum and water pump;
 • Length from 3m-12m;
 • Independent operation panel for easy operation.
Step 4. Haul off and cutting integral machine

• Upper and lower caterpillar is driven separately and speed control by frequency inverter;
• Fast change type rubber pads for easy operation;
• Install plate is adopts aluminum material;
• Compacting driving by pneumatic;
• Synchronous driving by air cylinder or servo motor control;
• New design for the outshape shield;
• More safety operation after installed force safe switch.
